We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Earrings, pierced jewelry, personalized items, gift cards, sale items, and Final Sale products may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
