Shipping policy

The Lasting Record, we understand how exciting it is to receive something new, and we take great care when preparing every order.

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. During sales, holidays, product launches, or other busy periods, additional processing time may be required.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available. Please allow 24–72 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control. Delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.

Please review your shipping address, apartment number, postal code, and contact information carefully before completing your purchase. The Lasting Record is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier for additional information. We will also do our best to assist where possible.
